This past week felt so incredibly long!
We were only in Korat for 3 days, and were in Roi Et for 4 whole days!
From Monday to Wednesday, we did our absolute best to work hard because we knew that we would be away from our area for 4 full days.
We still managed to have fun in the midst of it all though ;)
The colour of our eyes changed overnight?? :P
Some unexpected new friends at English Class!
A friendly visitor from Surin ^^
Going to visit our investigator at 7:30 in the morning :3
Helping Sister Cat do some planting in her backyard!
We had to get a little creative....
Tender Mercies: What a treat it was to witness Sister Ni reading from the Book of Mormon to her daughter and her friend while they ate!
On Thursday morning at 2:30am, our bus took off for Roi Et.
Later that day, we had interviews with President Johnson. :)
We spent the rest of the day long planning for the upcoming week, inviting and practicing singing.
On Friday, we had our Christmas Zone Conference!
SO MUCH EXCITEMENT!!
Special Musical Number!
AT LAST! It is finished ...phew :P
My District Family !
Saturday Stake Conference - Women's Session
Sister Johnson asked me last minute to interpret for her...
I have so much respect for people who are good at interpreting, like my mom.
I don't know how they do it!
Interpreting is definitely a talent, and it is not one of mine!
I got to see my son, Elder Shipp!
He also got to meet his step brother/my step son, Elder Brown :]
Our Bishop and Khaw
Missionary Party on the Song Taew!!
Sisters Party at the Roi Et Sisters' home ^^
Sister Smith interpreting for Sister Johnson at the Sunday Session of Stake Conference!
I am so grateful that this family made it to General Conference!!
It would have taken them 4 hours to get to Roi Et.
Roi Et was a lot of fun, but we were all excited for the trip back to Korat!!
We all missed our home in Korat after 4 long days.
Our welcome home party!
To celebrate our return, our district had rice and khay giao for dinner :3
Needless to say, it has been a long and tiring week...but fulfilling.
Although we were away from our area for more than half the week, we still felt accomplished.
Just, tired :P
